

In Milos, there are some places that don't need signs to recognize them. The smells lead you there. The aroma of honey, cinnamon, freshly baked phyllo dough. That's how Anezina's Glykofilema was born. Since 2000, we have been creating sweets that are not just recipes. They are memories, moments, stories. Each sweet has its own personality, some reminiscent of summer, others of childhood birthdays, others of the scents of mom and grandma. Our name encapsulates our entire philosophy: sweet and kiss. The traditional treat offered from the heart. So do we: each of our creations is a small, genuine treat of love. Anezina grew up in kitchens where laughter mingled with recipes. When she decided to continue this tradition, she took with her techniques, aromas, and family stories. She brought them all together and created a small haven of flavor on the island.
